Narnia 4 Movie

Narnia 4 Movie - Silver Chair FilmThe movie Narnia 3 has been released last week and now fans are wondering if there's going to be a new installment in the franchise. Well, Narnia 4 hasn't been officially announced yet... But I bet 20th Century Fox and Walden Media are already considering a fourth film, it makes sense for them indeed: in a matter of days the third film will have recouped its budget and there's little doubt that it will be more than profitable.

There are 7 books in the Narnia series written by C.S. Lewis. If we follow the usual order, the next book to be adapted for Narnia 4 should be the Silver Chair (but that's not set in stone...). Here's the plot of the Silver Chair:

The Chronicles of Narnia The Silver ChairPlot:
"The Silver Chair is the first Narnia story without the Pevensie children. Instead, Aslan calls Eustace back to Narnia together with his classmate Jill Pole. There they are given four signs to aid in the search for Prince Rilian, Caspian's son, who disappeared after setting out ten years earlier to avenge his mother's death. Eustace and Jill, with the help of Puddleglum the Marsh-wiggle, face danger and betrayal before finding Rilian."

The Silver Chair is a great story, but I wonder if the studios will be willing to bet on Will Poulter who played the role of Eustace Scrubb in Narnia 3. The kid did well in the third film, but that doesn't mean he's fit for a lead role in Narnia 4.

If the movie Narnia 4 is indeed about the Silver Chair, do you think they should keep Will Poulter as Eustace or find a new actor?

Anyway, more details about the movie Narnia 4 soon!
:)
